This year has provided many obstacles for everyone, including this amazing family. What was supposed to be a beautiful Spring wedding turned into a glorious Fall wedding, and if you ask me, it was meant to be.
I couldn't imagine Meaghan and Christopher's wedding day looking any different. From the way the sun shined on them, to the pumpkin décor, and the location. Their reception was made up of their closest family and friends at Meaghan's parents mountain-lake home.
Walking into the yard felt like something out of a storybook. The path leading into the garden was lined with mini pumpkins in shades of cream. The sun shone through the fall colored leaves, shooting ethereal streams of light everywhere and casting a golden glow over everything.
A family sized table was artfully decorated and designed into the biggest charcuterie I have ever seen. Honey bees joined the celebration as they could hardly stand to stay away from such a colorful and delicious display of food-as-art.
As the family came together around the outdoor dinner setting laughter and stories filled the air. Heartfelt words were shared for the newlyweds and tears of joy and happiness were shed.
I wish love, light and laughter for the rest of their years together.
